In the bathrooms we opted for a sleek, simple minimalist lines, set off with authentic South Tyrolean natural stone glazed tiling. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, bidet & hairdryer. The only shortfall of these unique rooms is their limited view.

The designer furnishings blend well with the historical elements enhanced by skilful renovation work, such as the exposed beams and the 15th-century external wall. The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.
