The holiday apartment boasts a balcony with a magnificent view of the Pflersch mountains, a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer. The apartment can, of course, be booked with breakfast or half board (at the Hotel Schaurhof). The hotel services, such as the pool, sauna, and activity program at the main hotel, the Schaurhof, are also available. Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.
