This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.

Located in the house park view to the inner garden or towards the par, the superior Rooms captivate with natural elegance and harmonious colors. Also here the balcony offers a wonderful view to the private (romantic) garden. A separate sitting area invites you to linger in comfort. The generous 1,80 wide double bed offers room for restful sleep. This is an exclusive, modern suite with elegant furniture, a bedroom, a sitting room with a comfy relaxing area, a desk, a flat screen satellite TV, minibar, safe, free Wifi and a telephone. In the elegant bathroom you will find a bathtub with Jacuzzi, a shower, a hairdryer, a make-up mirror, a toilet and bidet. We will also lend you a wellness kit with pool towels, fluffy bathrobes and terrycloth slippers.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
