The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all holiday flats.
