The comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 – 2 persons. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. Nevertheless, the comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 person. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.

Kornblume is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace and balcony. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. End your day on the large terrace.

Red Poppy is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and small garden. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, shower, WC and bidet. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. If this view is not enough for you, there is also a balcony. Here you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening.
