Modern, sunny apartment in residence on the second floor with elevator. The apartment consists of a dining and relaxation room with balcony, a kitchen, a double bedroom, one with four bunk beds with balcony and a large bathroom. In the basement private garage and outdoor parking space in private area. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the historic central square of the clock tower and the Sterzing Railway Station.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. The following services are included free of charge in Hotel Lener. -Indoor swimming pool (6:30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.) Towels included. -Sauna area (14:00 to 16:30 and 18:00 to 19:30) (14:00 to 15:00 family sauna) Bath towels included. -Use of large children's playground with slides, climbing park, swings, nesting swing, rope swing, large sandbox with playhouse, table tennis and table soccer. -Indoor playroom -ActivCard light for all public transportation in South Tyrol -Free toboggan rental -Washer

All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality beds or bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 38´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, minibar, large mirror and hair dryer. Some rooms also have a balcony (surcharge € 10.00 / night) Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

New from December 2022! Junior suite with living room, bedroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds for children (approx. 35 m²), 5th and 6th persons on the sofa bed. Large 38-inch flat-screen TV, free W-Lan, safe, telephone, minibar, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, large mirror and hairdryer. Room image and decor may vary.

New from December 2022! Junior Suite for families with living room, bedroom with double bed and separate sleeping area for children with 2-4 beds and own TV (approx. 40-50 m²). Balcony, large 38-inch flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, minibar, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, large mirror and hairdryer. The floor plans of all junior suites are different, so room photos and furnishings may vary.
