The appartament Tribulaun is situated at Gossensass ( Colle Isarco), at the historic Palace-Hotel Gossensass. This is 3 km from Hotel Schaurhof. Live like at home in your own 48 sq m apartment in the historic Palace Hotel in Gossensass. The holiday apartment boasts a balcony with a magnificent view of the Pflersch mountains, a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer. The apartment can, of course, be booked with breakfast or half board (at the Hotel Schaurhof). The hotel services, such as the pool, sauna, and activity program at the main hotel, the Schaurhof, are also available. At the moment of your arrive - we please you - to take the appartament-keys at the reception of Hotel Schaurhof.

Double room The 20 m² double rooms without balcony offer comfortable living space. The rooms benefit from a double bed, wardrobe, seating, safe, and bathroom with toilet, shower, hair dryer, some with bidet.

approx 60 m² Thanks to their separate sleeping areas, the light-filled family suites with wooden floor and south-facing balcony with panoramic views are ideal for families. Furnishings include a big double bed for the parents, 1 x bedroom for your childrens: 1 x single bed and 1 bunk-bed,  sitting area with table and chairs, wardrobe, safe and a spazious bathroom with two sinks, shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.

The Hühnerspielhütte is located at 1,850 meters, high above the village of Gossensass. It is not accessible by car. You can reach us on foot: from Gossensass it is about 2 hours, from the Dax car park it is about 1.5 hours, and from the Riedberghütte it is about 30 minutes. You can stay overnight or just stop by for a meal. You can stay overnight in our dormitory for 5 people or in one double room. One shared bathroom. For cozy get-togethers, you will find space on our terrace and in the rustic parlor with a tiled stove. The breathtaking panorama of the Tribulaun and the Jaufenspitz is, of course, included free of charge. The ideal stopover for those crossing the Alps. Attention: check-in is possible only till 18.30 !!

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

A small 'feel-good guarantee' across approx. 30 m² of living space! True to the motto: 'Small but beautiful'. In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The flat has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower.

The comfortable two-bed room if perfect for lingering in.

The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.

Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our Apartment Fugger (approx. 36 m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. Spacious living and sleeping area with double bed, sofa bed for one person, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our apartment Nepomuk (approx. 34 m2) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two persons. In a second room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a table for a cosy get-together. The bathroom offers a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
