Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality beds or bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 38´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, minibar, large mirror and hair dryer. Some rooms also have a balcony (surcharge € 10.00 / night) Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

The 32 m² accommodation consists of a living room and bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sleeping area with box-spring bed, as well as a bathroom, thus offering space for 2 people. It has a balcony with a view of the Tatschspitze and the Wipptal valley basin with the small village of Mauls. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

From the balcony and the spacious terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view towards Penser Joch and Tatsch Spitze. The 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 7 people. The entire apartment as well as the entrance are barrier-free and suitable for strollers. Amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, and a shared area with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.
