Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Comfort Suite offers 44 m² of living space for 2–4 guests and features a spacious terrace. Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.
