In February 2014, a rockslide occurred in Tramin in the South Tyrolean lowlands. The Tramin dolomite came down from the mountain into the valley. The hard impact split it into two pieces, but that doesn't matter to a stone. The blocks were cut and gradually made available for interior design and interior decoration. It won't be there forever: That's what makes this special dolomite so beautiful and also valuable.

The gneiss is usually hidden deep in the earth and only comes to the surface under certain conditions – just like your well-earned holiday feelings. That makes these two things real treasures.

"Plima" is a special granite from the Val Martello in Val Venosta. It is named after the river there was taken from this river-bed and re-inserted near yours here in Sole. Some pieces also come from the meadows of local farmers or from rubble cones. So, there is no quarry, Plima is obtained purely from erratic blocks. This makes each stone truly unique.

It originates from the caldera of a volcano that has been extinct for millions of years. Typical of lava rock, the Bolzano porphyry is reddish in colour. Our rock was discovered by chance on a farm. The atypical white inclusions make it a very special piece of stone with a strong character. Its hardness, substance, and beauty make it a building material for eternity.

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.

The apartment “S. Valentin”(38m²) is a spacious and comfortable attic apartment. From the kitchen and the balcony You enjoy the view of the Tatsch’s peak. From the bedroom (3 beds) You can see the little church of St. Valentin. Perfekt for Your family holiday! The apartment is designate for 3 people. The comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 – 2 persons. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way.
