The 32 m² accommodation consists of a living room and bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sleeping area with box-spring bed, as well as a bathroom, thus offering space for 2 people. It has a balcony with a view of the Tatschspitze and the Wipptal valley basin with the small village of Mauls. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

From the balcony and the spacious terrace you have a wonderful panoramic view towards Penser Joch and Tatsch Spitze. The 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 7 people. The entire apartment as well as the entrance are barrier-free and suitable for strollers. Amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, and a shared area with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

The apartment “S. Valentin”(38m²) is a spacious and comfortable attic apartment. From the kitchen and the balcony You enjoy the view of the Tatsch’s peak. The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. Nevertheless, the comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 person. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our Apartment Fugger (approx. 36 m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. Spacious living and sleeping area with double bed, sofa bed for one person, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our apartment Nepomuk (approx. 34 m2) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two persons. In a second room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a table for a cosy get-together. The bathroom offers a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)
