Our holiday apartment with garden for max. 5 people (fifth person <14 years) is located in close proximity to the historical center of Vipiteno (3 minutes). On 60 sqm (ground floor) you will find kitchen, living room (sofa bed), bedroom, shower/WC and storeroom.

The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all holiday flats. The fully equipped kitchens leave nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service.

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.
