The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our Apartment Fugger (approx. 36 m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. End your day on the large terrace.

Red Poppy is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and small garden. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, shower, WC and bidet. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable.
