The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow. Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)
