The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

The apartment SUN is located on the 2nd floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern lift. The flat SUN is kept in the colour yellow. Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our Apartment Fugger (approx. 36 m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. Spacious living and sleeping area with double bed, sofa bed for one person, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Our apartment Nepomuk (approx. 34 m2) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two persons. In a second room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a table for a cosy get-together. The bathroom offers a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony. The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.

The apartment offers accommodation for 1 to 6 people (80 sqm) and is located on the 2nd floor. It has 2 double rooms, which are connected to a south-facing balcony, 1 extra bed in one bedroom. Extendable sofa in the living area.

Cornflower is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace and balcony. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. End your day on the large terrace.

Red Poppy is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and small garden. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, shower, WC and bidet. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. If this view is not enough for you, there is also a balcony. Here you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening.
